At the end of the week the refund portal will be available for users to refund their YOM. Only users who did not move any of their token(s) are eligible. We have summarized a few frequently asked questions so that the process is clear for everyone. Q: I have moved my tokens but later put them back in my wallet, am I eligible for a refund? A: No. Only users who did not move any amount of YOM tokens Q: Is the refund process automatic? A: No. You have to go through the proess manually (once it is open). Q: Is the refund process open forever? A: No you have 7 days to go through the process. Q: I used my wallet to do other transactions, am I still eligible? A: Yes, as long as no YOM was moved. It is no problem to use your wallet for anything else in the meantime. Q: Can I move my YOM tokens now? A: No, as long as the refund portal is not open moving your tokens will make you no longer eligible for a refund. Q: Where can I do the refund? A: It will be on the YOM project page. However, it is not live yet so stay tuned for announcements. Q: How many % can we get refunded? A: Normally up to 90%. However, because this was not made super clear at the beginning we will make an exception and refund 100% of your contribution.
